This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the rules for the use of the Nitcade platform by persons interested in purchasing digital goods from third parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

The Nitcade platform is an information resource that provides users with the opportunity to browse, purchase, and manage digital goods in a secure environment.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchasing Digital Goods

By purchasing digital goods through Nitcade, you agree that you are receiving a license or access key provided by the respective seller. Nitcade facilitates these transactions securely but is not the creator of the digital goods.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued in cases where the provided digital good is objectively non-functional, as determined by our support team and the seller.
